Staying Healthy

Each Day

eat a combination of five fresh fruits and vegetables
and one of the vegetables should be green (dark and leafy if possible)
have servings of whole grains that provides fiber
cheese - yogurt
exercise –
read – it keeps the brain growing
get at least 8 hours of sleep each night –
(sleep between the 7th and 8th hour is when the body most benefits)

drink plenty of water

NO smoking – or drugs
